Lyrics
You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're all doing what we can
But if you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
Ah
ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...
You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
all right, all right, all right...

The Real Issues
An Email Blast Was Sent To The Usual Crowd Wednesday April 13, 2011, 00:27am/ Monday, April 25, 2011, 5:12pm, Tuesday, July 12, 2011, 12:15 pm, etc.
Attention: Political Leaders, Progressive Conservative: Prime Minister Steven Harper, Liberal: Michael Ignatieff, New Democratic Party: Jack Layton and The Green Party: Elizabeth May, aswell as, all the other political leaders. Ladies and Gentlemen, Members of the Media Tuesday, April 12, 2011, 00:23am Our Democracy Needs to Move Forward/Evolve
I have asked our federal political leaders in Canada a couple of questions which you'll find below and yet I'm still in the dark. And these same politicians promote openness and project an image that they are approachable and their door is always open. Some even invite you to share your thoughts and promise a reply. Sure only if you ask something normal or routine but, if it is atall controversial/new then, one can expect to be ignored. And they callthis democracy? I believe our present systems/methods of government and democracy are primitive,outdated/obsolete and they stopped being effective long ago. The answer is obvious! Or should I say, "The Only Way Forward" is obvious! The reason why Online Elections and Referendums/Direct-Democracy is so important is because, this new system will create the greatest voter turnout in man's history which in turn, will advance our democracy bringing an end to political corruptionand Illuminati control. In my opinion, this is the best way forward. Only then will we be able to properly steer a course forward with openness, transparency and a rate of efficiency and productivity previously unknown to man, by the people for the people. I also believe that this next step in our democratic evolution is paramount to our democracy's successful evolution and our very own future survival.
The Robin Hood Maneuver Which Will Also End World Hunger
New LINK... robinhoodtax.orgEdit/update...April 19th, 2011 1:20am/April 23, 2011 1:53pm/May 28, 2011 8pmA third question?... On another point, I would like to see the creation of an international body, created by all nations solely responsible for directing and collecting taxes from corporations. This is worth hundreds of billions to trillions of dollars each yearwhich will solve the world's financial problems and end world hunger. 3. Are there any plans in the pipeline to create a more fair and just tax systemwhere an international body directs and collects taxes from corporations on behave of all nations? The needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the one or the few.So once again, I ask the same questions as well as one additional question to the same political leadersin Canada? I believe this type of thinking is most definitely needed today to prepare us for the 21st centurywhich means get us ready for a very competitive world yet to come.I am British born and a Citizen of the European Union, as well as, a Canadian Citizen, tax-payer and voter.I have a right to ask these questions and I also have a rightto have them answered. And I'm sure many Canadians also want to know.
Raymond Ford--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Updates: First I want to say congratulations To Prime Minister Stephen Harperfor obtaining a majority government.Ladies and Gentlemen, Members of the Media,Monday, April 25, 2011, 5:12pm/ Tuesday, May 17, 2011. 10:31pmIt Was Supposed to be a Temporary Tax Measure and it Should Have Been Called(The Pinocchio Maneuver)The Union Government under Robert Borden, a special coalition of Liberal and Tory governments during war-time were elected in Canada. In 1917, a tax on income was introduced as a temporary measure to fund the war.A study conducted by Canadian Center for Policy Alternatives, and released on November 8, 2007,found that, the richest pay the lowest rates of all income groups. Now I realize that given our present system of government and taxes,we need to tread carefully when it comes to dealing with corporations for if we tick them off, they'll just close shop in Canada and relocate to a friendlier climate elsewhere in the world. But, if all the nations organize and create a international body with the sole purpose of directingand collecting taxes from the corporations, then, there would be nowhere to run nor hidefor any corporation. In my opinion, "The Robin Hood Maneuver" would change the world for the betterby having much more money available for education, research of all kinds, space research big time, and a whole lot of everything and also end world hunger. For a complete history on taxes in Canada, do checkout the link below.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxation_in_CanadaNEW On January 1st, 1991, Prime Minister Brian Mulroney of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada, introduced a "Temporary" GST/Goods Service Tax.Update: Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011, 2:23am/ Friday May 06, 2011.4:50pm 21 years later, it's still here and plus...HST/Harmonized Sales Tax.which is a combination of PST/Provincial Sales Tax & GST.In 1970, the City of London, introduced a "Temporary Freeze" on taxi plates/medallions. 41 years later, the freeze is still in effect. What we have here is a serious trust issue/corruption.I believe the lack of accountability within our political system/politicians, is the main problemwhich continues to derail our forward progress. No wonder very few people vote.I have no doubts in my mind that, regardless what political party is in place, they need to lead by exampleand accountability needs to be at the top of the agenda. These simple steps will encourage faith and trustin our political system. It's also the equivalent to removing the dam from the river to create free flow.
Much more food for thought.

Another Merry-Go-Round Costing Us Over $300 Million I'm Afraid
March 31st, 2011....05:45am
Another federal election before us which will be 5 federal elections in ten years. The cost of each federal election is in excess of $300 million and the total cost for the last 5 federal elections at the completion of this election will be in excess of 1.5 billion dollars and yet, there are no guarantees that, who ever forms the next federal government in Canada, will have a majority. It would appear that the present democratic system needs to be updated/upgraded to on line elections and referendums/direct democracy for the present system is clearly not working and costing us a fortune, not to mention that, not a whole lot gets done.
The bottom line is, too many people are finding it too difficult to find the time to vote, with all the different shifts and other commitments, as well as, a loss of confidence within our democracy etc.
The time for real positive change is now and I will consider voting for any political party that is in touch with the real issues and so far, I haven't seen or heard of any political parties in Canadawhich are in touch with the real needs of the people and this is sad for all Canadians। I understand that due to cut backs many civil servant jobs will be lost. My questions to the Federal Political Leaders, Progressive Conservative: Steven Harper, Liberal: Michael Ignatieff, New Democratic Party: Jack Layton and The Green Party: Elizabeth May, aswell as, all the other political leaders. When are our political leaders going to get serious about our democracy? Very few eligible voters actually vote and this is a serious concern/threat to our democracy. Questions1. Are there any plans in the pipeline to introduce the much needed online elections and referendums/direct democracy? 2. Also, are there any plans in the pipeline to introduce automation of contract negotiations to create a roundabout style economy/free-flow to repair/replace our dysfunctional traffic-light style economy?

Important Updates Attention: Political Leaders, Progressive Conservative: Prime Minister Steven Harper, Liberal: Michael Ignatieff,New Democratic Party: Jack Layton and The Green Party: Elizabeth May, as well as, all the other political leaders. Ladies and Gentlemen, Members of the Media Summary Conclusion More Updates Below Wednesday, April 27, 2011, 01:20am, Thursday, April 28, 2011,06:50am, Tuesday, May 31, 2011, 05:42pm,Thursday, June 2, 2011, 12:20pm, Saturday, June 25, 2011, 8:05pm I believe that my proposals of Online Elections and Referendums/Direct Democracy, also Automation of Contract Negotiations and The Robin Hood Maneuver of directing and taxing corporations on an international level, will most definitely change the world for the better. There is no doubt in my mind that, these proposals will most definitely end world hunger and take us humans off the endangered species list, maybe, in my opinion. The bottom line is, corruption is every where, in too many governments/businesses and countries around the world. We can't and shouldn't leave our future in the hands of other people, not when we can have direct democracy and determine our own fate/destiny.Just like we can securely access our online bank accounts, we have the technology to createa secure Online Elections and Referendums/Direct Democracy, where we would have our own Online Citizen'sAccount and once one enters their online account, they will have the option of voting ona county/municipal, provincial/state, federal/national and international/global level. All issues can be exposed and voted on and dealt with efficiently. This system can process allcontroversial topics/issues and all political campaigns/politicians can be accessed online....one stop shopping.Technology, creativity, efficiency and productivity, will create the greatest voter turnout in man'shistory and it will finally stop political corruption and end illuminati control by making the entire elections and government open/transparent and encouraging voter participation with regular referendums voting on the agenda of the year ahead, on all levels of government. Automation of contract negotiations, will create a free flow economy, repairing/replacing our dysfunctionaltraffic-light-style economy to a roundabout/free flow economy by removing all dams from the river and "run with nature", so the economy will never stop or crash ever again, making strikes and lockouts obsolete, creating a state of the art efficiency and productivity, previously unknown to man. And this system will also help to stabilize the market place, as well as, the stock market. At the moment, labour disputes are costing us trillions of dollars per-year, on a global scale and growing. The syndrome I have recognized and labeled "The Russian Roulette Style Economic Disaster" which even attacks model citizens too and through no fault of their own, people can lose theirjobs/business and homes all because, of someone else's strike or lockout, which is a growing threatto our national security and the security of the world.Once strikes and lockouts become obsolete then, we reverse the trend to creating trillions of dollars in the positive, which will also end world hunger. The Robin Hood Maneuver will more evenly distribute the world's wealth by creating a much more fair and just tax system and finally bringing corporations under some measure of control. One of the most simple systems to apply to start with would be, an "International Trading Licence", renewable every year...and taxed accordingly based on the corporation's wealth/income.This system will most definitely create trillions of dollars extra each year and also ending world hunger leaving us with all the money we need today and more than enough left over to invest in our future. It doesn't take rocket science to see that, combining both avenues of income tax from the people and corporations, will create a very rich world for everybody. I believe if the present political system/economy is not repaired/replaced with a free flow system then, this will continue to attract/encourage more socialism in the market-place and eventually a communisticinfluence.I also believe that, the market needs to remain capitalistic/free flow but,the development of society/people, needs to become more socialistic where both political philosophiescapitalism and socialism, coexist, creating a win/win situation. The bottom line is, we have great potential to progress, evolve and create a wonderful world.Call me a dreamer if you wish but, all that we have created in our world so far, was once a dream.
Believe! and "We The People", "Together can make a difference.
"More food for thought.

Good Day Again Gentlemen, After considerable reflection of the question/equation...What is the best way forward in reducing waste management cost? There are of course countless examples of different approaches to the equation of garbage curb side removal. Earlier I spoke of a multi-dimensional approach to street garbage removal...meaning employing a varietyof systems/methods throughout the city of London, applying creative solutions to increase efficiency and lower operating costs etc. I believe the time has also come to seriously consider creating a complete new green system of a user pay fee, combined with designated drop off spots in every neighbourhood, as well as, maintaining a reduced version of the present system by changing the garbage pick up from weekly to every 10 days.Philosophically speaking, this system would create a new municipal business generating profits and aidingin the fight to keep property taxes down....most efficient/profitable.
More food for thought.

Update/Edit To Mayor Joe Fontana & Mr. Jay Stanford M.A., M.P.A.
Good Day Gentlemen, Other considerations worth exploring regarding reducing waste management cost is, a multi-dimensional approach to the equation...which means a variety of approaches using several different systems/optionsin place, all dealing with time/distance/labour/fuel and even user-pay-fees per-garbage-bag and or a local designated garbage drop-off spot for the public in each neighbourhood, all supporting the same objective. There's also the help of all the public/volunteers with their pickup trucks/vehicles. So as you can see, there are many examples to the approach of reducing waste management cost...including...privatising/contracting out by bid. Also there was a concern about how to identify violators of the by-lawwhen more than one house is involved...Easy solution...a slim divider like book ends will keep the garbage separate but yet, physically one pile or using a magic marker, the house/unit number could be required tobe written on each bag/garbage-can. The entire combined approaches to dealing with waste management can be a serious complex issue and perhapsany major changes need to be resolved by referendum/direct democracy by spelling out all the options andletting the people decide the best way forward.I wish I had more time to spend here for I have much more information/details to share but unfortunately,I do need to spend a bit more time at making a living too.Thank you for your consideration and I hope I have been helpful to the City of London by providing more food for thought.
Yours sincerely,

Good Morning Thank you for your reply to my proposal pertaining to reducing waste management cost. A list of objections/concerns were raised by you/city below and how other cities in the past have tried various new methods of picking up the garbage in an attempt to reduce cost but to little or no avail. I do appreciate your/London's concerns/objections but, I believe the mathematics of my proposal is sound which leaves us with past human error/corruption.Perhaps too many bureaucrats/people/unions involved in past attempts of reducing waste management cost had different/theirown agendas...we just don't know for we don't have all the facts of yesterday. Human nature is what it is. The present formula in place of providing a service, picking up the garbage in the usual manner, can be expected to become more expensive each year, due to rising cost... which means, a lot of cities will raise taxes/property taxes more often then not, just to keep up. Knowing this, we really have no choice but to approach old problems with creative solutions. I realize at timesthat trying to educate people/society of the new proposed cost efficient systems can be challenging to say the least but, as ahome owner/tax-payer and voter, given a choice between learning new tricks or continuously paying higher property taxes, in my mind, this most definitely dictates our direction and I have no doubt that the vast majority of voters would agree. The way I would approach things is to get this system up and running and continuously make improvements. We need to remember that it took the Wright Brothers many attempts of trying before flight was finally achieved and many decades to create and improve/update the systems we have today.I believe this needs to be a long term project for a minimum 2+ years before we see real results.
I believe with the right person at the helm of this project, the sky is the limit.
Yours truly,
Raymond Ford

Good Afternoon Thanks for sharing these details and the idea. In 2006 we examined this concept and contacted a number of urbancommunities in Ontario. In Appendix B of the attached report to the Environment & Transportation Committee,a Standing Committee of Council at the time, we provided our overview: The conclusions from this report are printed below. I am not aware of any changes in urban cities in this regard.I do believe that as times get even more difficult for municipalities when it comes to delivering basic services, the kinds ofdifficulties that currently exist may be reduced. On an on-going basis we look for cost savings ideas and will definitely keepour eye on advancements in this area. ………………………………………………………………. CONCLUSIONS (from above noted report): A survey of more than 40 medium and large urban Ontario municipalities did not identify a single municipality that collects garbage and recyclables on one side of the street. Reasons why collection of materials on one side of the street in urbanareas is not being done include: · logistical issues (i.e., not practical on major streets);· potential liability associated with citizens crossing the street;· difficulties with enforcement of the Waste Collection By-law because it is not possible to determine which house is in violation of the by-law; · service issues if the residents pick the wrong side of the street but have followed all other rules; and· potential for disputes between neighbours. The City of North Bay tried collecting garbage and recyclables on one side of the street in selected areas of the city but abandon the practise because of the problems it created and no cost savings were realized. There is a theoretical time savings of 5% to 15% if garbage and recyclables were collected on one side of the street. Logistical issues (i.e., not practical on major streets) will prevent some of the estimated savings from being realized. For the purposes of estimating cost savings, it is assumed that the collection time will be reduced by 5% to 10%. This translates to a fleet reduction of 1 to 2 vehicles for garbage collection with annual savings of $200,000 to $400,000year. A fleet reduction of 1 to 2 vehicles may also be possible for recycling collection. Staff believe that the issues noted above far outweigh the theoretical savings noting that the City of North Bay did not produceany savings during its demonstration project. Staff will continue to look for other urban communities that may have, or havetested, this approach. …………………………………………………….. Thanks again for sharing this idea. . . . . Regards. . . Raymond Ford Friday, June 17, 2011, 01:14am Edit: Saturday, June 18, 2011, 01:05pm Green Thinking Reducing Waste Management Cost Throughout All Municipalities, is Child's Play How? It's easy! Instead of just piling our garbage bags in front of our home,we need to learn to pile them on the border of our neighbour's property,to create one shared pile between two houses. This reduces the number of garbagepiles on any given street by half/50% which in turn, reduces the number of stops madeby the truck by half. Or several houses etc. could share one pile of garbage reducingthe number of truck stops and human steps increasing efficiency further. This action will reduce the time required to do the job by up to half and morewhich increases the efficiency big time, automatically reducing the cost of fuel/labour,as well as, reducing pollution. For those streets that the garbage truck drives down both ways picking up the garbageon one side then, turning around and coming back to do the other side... by rotating sides, where one week all garbage is piled on one side of the street and thefollowing week the garbage is piled on the opposite side, is extremely cost efficient. Reducing the number of human steps and the number of truck stops needed to pick up thegarbage, is the equivalent to reducing the number of dams in the river toincrease/create free flow. These are just some examples and there are more examples of approach to the equation. Simplicity at it's best! As a matter of fact, the City of Montreal had used in the past the slogan that you mention in you letter. Reducing is a Child’s Play supportedMontreal’s recycling programs during several years. For your information, the practices that you suggest are used specifically in the high-rise residential buildings. Also, some contractors send employees, before the collection, to regroup the garbage bags together in order to minimize the number of stops to be done in front of householdsor buildings. There are also mechanical collections of waste where the citizens have carts on wheels or containers. With the application of the Waste Management Master Plan for the Agglomeration of Montreal and the Sustainable Development Plan, all the aspects of collections that you mentioned are already taken into account. Compulsory Voting
Monday, September 5, 2011, 19:26 Hundred Hours
I would like to make a bold statement. I believe "Voting" is not only a Right but, it should be "compulsory on all levels of government", creating a majority voter turnout in all elections. Everyone has a duty/responsibility to the collective, our family/society. It would be a completely different world if voting was compulsory. I appreciate freedom as much as anyone but, I can't respect apathy and I don't believe we should encourage such apathetic/irresponsible behavior.
The family, collective/society are equally important as idividualism, if not more. The needs of the many far outweigh the needs of the one or few. Do have a look at the way Australia has approached this "controversial topic" at the link below...interesting reading.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compulsory_voting
We already swear people in as numerators to go door to door to place people on the voters list, so why can't we get their vote at the same time? If we place volunteers in every apartment building collecting votes and came up with a mobile voting system so that in stead of just trying to get the people to come out to vote, we can come to the people and collect the votes at their door, as well. There are many ways to increase the vote and I believe the time has come for our governments to get real with our democracy.
More food for thought.

Corporations Are Out Of Control
Friday, April 29, 2011, 5:50pm/Thursday, May 12, 12:58pm /Saturday, May 14, 12:46pm, Sunday, June 26, 2011, 10:32pm.
Exxon Mobil Corp. earned nearly $11 billion US in the first quarter, a performance that will likely land it in the centre of the national debate over high gasoline prices.
That may not appease many motorists, however. The national average for a gallon of gas is $3.89, about $1.02 more than a year ago. It's above $4 in eight states and the District of Columbia. Do checkout this link below for the full story http://www.cbc.ca/m/touch/business/story/2011/04/28/business-exxon-results.html
It's obvious to me what will happen. With the rising costs of gasoline at the pumps, this will force many to trade in their gas guzzlers for more fuel efficient vehicles which in turn, will stimulate the auto industry and with the domino effect, this will also help stimulate the overall economy while all along, corporations will make billions before, during and after this transition. Corporations are spending billions on a global scale influencing others, political leaders and government legislation, etc. for their own profits. It certainly appears the corporations with their greed are literally controlling our economy and no doubt, these actions will push up inflation which could threaten our economic recovery at some point ahead. I believe we need some type of guide-lines directing corporations which can only happen on an international level.
So the need to implement "The Robin Hood Maneuver" is greater than ever before. I hope I have made myself clear enough. I believe "Enlightenment" is the first step, "Discussion/Planning" is the next step and "Action" is the final step. To just exist, is not enough. As a human species, we need to reach out with a common goal to give our lives direction, meaning/purpose. The doing is often more important than the outcome.
What we do with our lives is limited only by the boundaries we impose on ourselves. Once you understand that fact you can direct reality in the direction you want it to go.
"The Journey is just as important as the Destination". "Success is a Journey, not a Destination."
“Time is a companion that goes with us on a journey. It reminds us to cherish each moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we have lived.” -Jean Luc Picard

Raymond --
I spent this week moving boxes and getting set up in our new campaign headquarters in Chicago, but something happened in Washington that I want to make sure you know about.
The CEOs from the five major oil companies -- which together booked $36 billion in profits in the first quarter of 2011 alone -- went to the Senate on Thursday to try to justify the $4 billion in tax giveaways they're receiving this year.
It's a head-smackingly obvious example of how broken Washington is that there's even a question about this. These companies don't need and don't deserve taxpayer money -- especially with a budget deficit to close and gas prices at or near record highs.
Even worse is the fact that when the Senate tries to strip these oil company giveaways, it's likely that a minority of senators will block a vote from happening. And even if the Senate manages to pass a bill eliminating the giveaways, there's little chance it will be brought up for a vote in the House.
Here's why: These five companies are expert manipulators of the money-for-influence game in Washington that the President is working to change. It's simple math -- they spent more than $145 million last year on nearly 800 lobbyists whose job is to defeat bills like this one. The $4 billion they'll likely get to keep as a result represents a 2,700% return on their investment.
I'd like to be able to say with certainty that you can do something to help pass this bill, but the fact is that at this stage we may not be able to affect the outcome of next week's vote.
What we can do is build a campaign that will keep a spotlight on issues like this and the fundamental reasons why Washington doesn't work.
Our campaign doesn't take money from Washington lobbyists or special interest PACs. This organization will be a living example of doing politics a different way -- from the bottom up; of, by, and for ordinary people.
That example and the results we achieve on Election Day are the biggest blows we can strike against a dysfunctional system and the distorted outcomes it creates.
But we have to start building right now. Add your name to our call for a new kind of politics today:
http://my.barackobama.com/Making-Washington-Work
While the oil industry has been earning billions in profits, gas prices have surpassed $4 a gallon in some parts of the country.
As the President has said, "Instead of subsidizing yesterday's energy sources, we need to invest in tomorrow's."
But on Thursday, one of the CEOs went so far as to say that cutting oil giveaways would be "un-American."
Right now, we're building a grassroots campaign that's led and funded by people like you. We're opening up offices not just in Chicago but all over the place, and putting organizers on the ground in communities across the country.
So if you're frustrated by the way business gets done in Washington, I'm asking you now to channel that feeling into building a massive grassroots organization to change it. Add your name to join our campaign to change Washington:

Raymond --
Anyone who cares about the environment and what we pay at the pump needs to hear this news.
The details get a little complicated -- I had to study up to write this thing -- but bear with me, because this is important.
This week, the President unveiled the next round of a program to make America's cars more efficient -- the most important step our country's taken to reduce our dependence on foreign oil, cut pollution, and bring down costs for drivers.
Getting it done meant bringing together stakeholders -- from auto workers and union representatives to manufacturers and environmental leaders -- to offer their two cents and agree upon a program and set of standards. In light of what's happening on Capitol Hill as I write this, it's a welcome reminder of what can happen when folks put aside their differences and work together to do big things for our country.
This announcement follows up on an aggressive plan that the administration put in place back in 2009, setting ambitious fuel-efficiency and greenhouse-gas standards for 2012-2016 model cars and trucks. That plan alone is estimated to save 1.8 billion barrels of oil -- and save families up to $3,000 at the pump -- over these vehicles' lifetimes. And this new program, covering model years 2017-2025, takes real, tangible steps to raise the bar even higher, nearly doubling the current fuel efficiency of the average car.
This is a big deal. Everyone from truck drivers to farmers to teachers to business owners feel the burden of transportation costs -- and will feel the effects of these improvements.
Because you're someone who has let us know that you're particularly interested in clean energy and environmental issues, we wanted to make sure you heard about this news. We've pulled the information you need about this plan into a graphic you can share with your friends and family.
Check it out, and spread the word.
Here's what this program will mean in the short term: We'll start seeing more electric and hybrid vehicles from manufacturers and more clean-diesel, efficient SUVs and sedans. Automakers will have new incentives to make smart, innovative cars and trucks -- from the materials they choose down to the design of their engines and transmissions. They'll be turning to start-up companies in the clean-energy sector and in advanced battery manufacturing, helping to create jobs across the country.
And in the long term, the results of this program are huge. Here are a couple numbers to show how it will break down:
-- By model year 2025, the average American car or truck will get 54.5 miles a gallon (the average car currently gets 23.8 mpg).
-- We'll have saved 12 billion barrels of oil and eliminated 6 billion metric tons of carbon dioxide pollution.
-- A family that purchases a new car in 2025 will save $8,200 in fuel costs, compared with what they'd pay for gas for a similar vehicle bought in 2010.
-- All told, American drivers will save nearly $2 trillion over the life of the program.
Take a look at the infographic we've put together to learn more about what the President's announcement means for all of us:
http://my.barackobama.com/Fuel-Efficiency
This is something every American needs to hear about, so you should spread the word.

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right

You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're all doing what we can
But if you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell you is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
Ah
ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...
You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of Chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
all right, all right, all right

This is something every American needs to hear about, so you should spread the word.

Mitch
